Dagens låt: TLC - Unpretty
Innan jag gick och lade mig igår kväll så spelades TLC med Unpretty på MTV. Hur bra är inte den låten egentligen? Den handlar om att slå sig fri från ideal och vara sig själv. Hur ofta blir vi inte påverkade av andra om hur vi SKA vara och SKA se ut och egentligen och så är det INGEN som orkar eller vill. Läs texten, lyssna på deras röster och försök att hitta din kraft att stå emot grupptrycket. Tyvärr är det redan försent för mig då jag var tillräckligt dum att skönhetsoperera mig när jag var 18 år gammal, något jag ångrar än idag men nu vet jag bättre. Min favorit i bandet är Lisa Nicole "Left Eye" Lopes, tjejen som tecknar så fint i videon. Tyvärr dog hon i en bilolycka under 2002 och det var också grunden till att TLC splittrades eftersom dem två resterande medlemmarna kände att dem varken kunde eller ville ersätta Lisa, vackert!
